3 Month Repair Guarantee/1 Year Parts Guarantee

We guarantee residential HVAC or Plumbing repairs completed by Batchelor's Service for a period of three months. If a repair fails within three months or the part fails within the first year and you have completed all recommended repairs at the time of service, we will come back for free to diagnose the issue during regular business hours.

3-Month Maintenance Guarantee

If after completing a Heating, AC, or Plumbing system inspection, tune-up, or drain cleaning (and any recommended repairs), your system experiences an issue within three months of the completed Service, Batchelor's Service will come back and diagnose the problem during regular business hours for FREE!*

Money Back Installation Guarantee

At Batchelor's Service, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. We guarantee that the equipment we install, when properly maintained and operated according to the manufacturer's manuals, will perform as agreed upon. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your system or plumbing appliance purchased and installed by us within the first year, we will go above and beyond to address your concerns. If we are unable to meet your satisfaction, we will arrange for the system to be removed and initiate the refund.
